  • Will it work during a brownout? No — on-grid systems automatically shut down during grid outages for safety reasons. This is a requirement of all Philippine distribution utilities. If brownout protection matters to you, our Hybrid system is the right choice.
  • How does net metering work in the Philippines? Excess solar power you export to your distribution utility (Meralco, VECO, DLPC, or your electric cooperative) is credited to your account at the Blended Generation Charge (BGC) rate — roughly ₱520–₱610 per 100 kWh exported.   • How long does net metering approval take?
